Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Blue Dot Defense (“we”, “our”, or “the app”), developed by Mongdaewon, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application on Android (Google Play). The app is an offline game. It has no accounts and no sign-in, and we do not run any servers that receive your data.

Information We Collect

1. Usage Data (Analytics)

The app uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to collect anonymous usage data so we can improve the game:

• Game events such as starting or finishing a game, the difficulty, the wave reached, and watching a rewarded ad
• An app instance ID generated by Firebase (this is removed when you uninstall the app)
• Device type, operating system version, and approximate country

This data is not used to identify you personally.

2. Advertising Data

The app shows optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob, only when you choose to watch one for a reward. AdMob may collect:

• Advertising ID (you can reset or delete it in your device settings)
• Device information (such as model and operating system version)
• IP address, which may be used to estimate your approximate location
• Ad interactions (such as views and taps) and diagnostic data used to deliver and measure ads

Where required by law (for example in the EEA and the UK), the app asks for your consent before requesting ads, using Google’s consent tool (User Messaging Platform).

3. Local Data

The following data is stored only on your device and is never sent to us:

• The game in progress, best records, achievements, and tips already shown
• App settings (such as sound and music)

Advertising

The app shows rewarded ads only, and only when you tap to watch one. It does not show ads between games. Ads are provided by Google AdMob.

In-App Purchases

The app offers a one-time “Remove ads” purchase through Google Play Billing. The payment is handled entirely by Google; we never receive your payment information.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Precise location data
• Photos, videos, microphone recordings, or files
• Contacts or calendar data

Third-Party Services

• Firebase Analytics (Privacy Policy)
• Google AdMob (Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from apps that use its services)
• Google User Messaging Platform - for ad consent in regions where it is required
• Google Play Billing - for the one-time “Remove ads” purchase

Data Security

Local data stays on your device and we have no access to it. Analytics and advertising data are sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and handled by Google according to its security standards.

Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights and Choices

• Reset or delete your advertising ID: in your device settings
• Opt out of personalized ads: in your device’s privacy settings
• Change your ad consent (EEA/UK): open Settings → “Ad privacy choices” in the app (shown only where required)
• Delete local data: uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data

Because the app has no accounts and analytics data is anonymous, we cannot look up or delete data for a specific person. For data collected by Google, see Google’s Privacy Policy above.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new Privacy Policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
